How to contact customer support?

If you haven’t found an answer to your question, you can open up a conversation with out support team straight from Tweet Hunter.


Head over to the sidebar menu and open the help widget. From there, select any option other than “Help Center” to send us a message:

  • Bug reporting: if something isn’t working like it should
  • Feature requests: if you would like us to add something to Tweet Hunter
  • Help needed: if you need assistance with something else

Before you contact us, please read the following information:

  1. Send as much information as you can

If you are facing an issue or have a question, any additional information you provide will definitely help us understand and resolve your problem. Screenshots, screen recordings, browser console content and the likes are very useful, and our support widget allows you to record those and send them along with your message. So please make use of it if you can!

  1. Time to answer

We try to answer every message we receive within 24 hours. We are still a small team and for now we can’t offer 24/7 support, though we aim to provide satisfactory help to all our users. You will typically receive our answer in your email inbox.
